    Disposition:
Protective: Wanda volunteered for the experiments that gave the twins their powers out of a desire to protect her people. It's often concern for someone else's well-being that snaps her out of her fear, and Wanda is most dangerous when she is protecting someone or something. She has a history of overreacting when she perceives that someone she cares about is in danger and she is the most ruthless of the Avengers when pressed - her kills, and attempted kills, are notable for how brutal they are (ie, ripping Ultron's "heart" out, literally shredding Proxima Midnight, attempting to crush Thanos to death).
Melancholy: Wanda is still reeling from the death of her brother and loss of her home. The accident in Lagos and subsequent splintering of the Avengers over the Sokovia Accords weigh heavily on her and Wanda blames herself for what happened even if objectively it's not that simple. She is prone to withdrawing in moments of depression and isn't great at asking for help, because Pietro knew her so well that she never had to, but if help is offered she will accept it. Someone being in distress or needing her help will snap her out of it.
Compassionate: Wanda's lost so much in her life that she has a lot of compassion for others, to say nothing of her empathic abilities. She feels things very intensely, and she tries to do the right thing even though she has been manipulated and made mistakes in the past. Wanda's not interested in power for power's sake. Power is pointless if you don't use it to protect people who need it, and she has no patience at all for corrupt individuals or those who abuse their power.
Fearful: At this canon point, Wanda has a difficult relationship with her powers. People are afraid of her because of them, and yet they never seem to be enough when it really matters. Wanda couldn't save Pietro, Novi Grad, or contain Rumlow's bomb long enough to clear the nearby building in Lagos. Her powers did escape her control when Pietro died, and she's afraid of it happening again - until that point, she never displayed any fear or misgivings about her own abilities.

Under pressure: As stated previously, Wanda has a complicated relationship with her own powers, to say nothing of these extra powers that yet another magical rock has forced upon her. Once she's satisfied that she's not going to accidentally hurt anyone, she's going to need outside encouragement to explore them further.

Wanda won't be particularly worried about finding a way home because she knows nothing good is waiting for her, and honestly, the Avengers might be better off without her. She'll be more concerned about the wellbeing of the people around her and that is the potential path to healing her self-image. Exposure to other people with powers, or people from worlds where special powers aren't uncommon, might help her start to view her powers as tools to be used rather than something scary that needs to be tightly controlled. While Wanda will initially be a little suspicious, at her core she wants to protect the innocent. She may stumble along the way, but when push

Condition upon arrival: A little scuffed up but no serious injuries.

    Abilities:
Energy projection: Wanda can summon and direct scarlet energy into blasts, shields, and waves of power. Her hex bolts can change direction to bounce between targets. Wanda seems to be able to tune its frequency so it can pass harmlessly through some objects (or people) while only affecting others.
Telepathy: She can read minds, induce hallucinations, evoke emotions, and generally pick up on the psychic atmosphere around her. Wanda is capable of mass mind control as well - her range seems to be a few blocks at the most, but I'm willing to reduce that if necessary. She is also said to have left several SHIELD agents in a fugue state as opposed to killing them. She won't use this on other characters without OOC or IC permission.
Telekinesis: Wanda can sense and manipulate objects, people, and even gas particles with her mind. Larger objects present greater difficulty.
Flight: Wanda is able to fly in a manner similar to the Iron Man suits by projecting a constant stream of energy from her hands. She can also levitate someone with her.
Healing: In Infinity War, Wanda seems able to push her own power into someone to stimulate healing of injuries that could naturally be healed. As of the time of writing, canon hasn't expanded on exactly how this power works.

    Sample: Here!

Notes: At the time of writing this app, we're really not sure what is going on with Wanda in WandaVision. I'm not planning to canon update her any further but I will definitely reach out if I want her to eventually discover any new powers. If it's retconned that she's had reality bending powers the whole time, I will also reach out to discuss limits on that. Additionally, due to her earlier canon point this Wanda still speaks with a Sokovian accent and cadence, so her dialogue is going to sound very different from her sitcom persona's speech in WandaVision.
