[ It's been a while, and a lot of things have happened. But... he has to make sure everyone's still in one piece, especially considering the events of the past few weeks. Texts just seem too impersonal to him, so he'll leave her a voicemail of sorts for whenever she actually gets around to it. ]
[Afternoon of the 18th, she'll find a individually wrapped Twinkie sitting in her mailbox along with a note: Come by my room later? We'll pig out -PM.]
[ After this talk over the network, as promised, Bruce sends Wanda a message. Simple, quick, detached— he's still unsure about whether or not this is the right move, when he doesn't trust her even a single speck, but the guy seemed to need help adapting and Bruce couldn't think of a better option, given their current situation. ]
I spoke to this guy who arrived on the ship with the last wave of newcomers. He has some powers that reminded me of yours. I'm not sure it'll make much of a difference, but I said I'd mention him to you, since he said he was still trying to understand his abilities. You're free to do as you please. I didn't tell him your name, I just said I'd talk to you and he'd either hear from you or me. His name's Andrew Detmer. He posted on the network earlier today. Let me know if you don't feel comfortable talking to him, just so I can let him know.

[It must be bad if Bruce is coming to her about this. He hates her powers more than anyone. She'd ask what exactly happened but Wanda's extremely reluctant to discuss her abilities on the network, even on a private filter.]
I will talk to him. Thank you.
[She barely knows what she's doing but she can try...]
[ Things have been all over the place for him since the beginning of the month, and not making the time to keep in touch with her, as well as the rest of the team, is unacceptable. Steve has no idea what's been going on since... well. ]
Miles is out of commission, and will be until further notice. I'll let you know when that changes. Thanks for knocking him out the once, by the way, it was a good solution.
On the morning of the 16th, Wanda will receive a hypospray of the fast-penta antagonist, pentaxone, in her mailbox. It contains two doses and the only information accompanying it is the label affixed to the hypospray. Please note that the label for the antagonist is almost identical to the label for fast-penta, except it is labeled for use for "allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) to sodium pentanol" with the caution "If you must administer this drug, contact a medical professional immediately."
[ if you have any questions about fast-penta, feel free to comment to that page or hit me up at runawayballista. ]
[ She seemed amiable enough when speaking with him previously and he'd rather have someone with some chill in their personality explain what's going on. ]
[ It's been too long since he's checked in, and as always, there's that bit of guilt that sits with him when he doesn't ask her how she is. Yet, there's another reason entirely for the message he sends. ]
[Not the best choice of wording there, Steve. Panic flutters in her stomach, but Wanda can still sense Pietro and Peter and Billy. No one else is dead or dying as far as she can tell...so why the somewhat ominous text?]
